1 - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. 

Only items purchased directly from evdaygoodseu.com are eligible for return. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.

Items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and properly packaged. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Personalized or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return. Returns submitted without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.

Evdaygoodseu reserves the right to deny any return request. Returns resulting from customer error may not be accepted.

2 - HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

When reaching out, include your order number and the requested modification or cancellation. We will confirm once the request has been reviewed.

Please note that orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
